This project will develop quantitative metrics of urban morphology that can be of use in real estate analysis and hedonic models (such as those specified in Project LV43a https://datacdt.org/projects/hedonic-pricing/). For example, an area where these techniques could be of use is the enhancement of Real Estate area classification and Hedonic pricing models. Incorporating these metrics in sophisticated ways is likely to improve the accuracy and performance of these models.
